Who we are
This website belongs to Infinity Furniture Maker, 33 Higgins Road, Frankton, Hamilton 3204. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means Infinity Furniture Maker.
This policy explains what personal information we collect, what we do with it, and your rights under the Privacy Act 2020.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us — by email, by text, over the phone or in person.
Usually that is your name, how to reach you, the address a piece is going to, and photographs or measurements of your furniture or your room. We don’t ask for more than we need to quote, make and deliver your order.
This website
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising tools, and loads no third-party scripts.
Its forms send nothing. The quote form, the headboard studio and the checkout write out a message for you. You send it yourself, from your own email, messages or phone. Nothing reaches us until you do.
Your browser keeps a few things, on your device only. So you don’t have to type things twice, your browser stores the following. We can’t see any of it, and clearing this site’s data in your browser removes it all.
if.enquiry.v1- What you have typed into the quote form, so a slip of the back button does not lose it. It is cleared when you close the tab.
if.brief.v1- The headboard you designed in the studio, so it is still there when you come back.
if.dims.v1- Whether you like the measurements shown on the studio drawing.
if.cart.v2- What is in your basket: each piece, its size and how many.
if.checkout.form- What you have typed at checkout, so a reload does not lose it. It is cleared when your order goes through, or when you close the tab.
if.checkout.attempt- A reference for this checkout, so the same order is never paid for twice. It is cleared when your order goes through, or when you close the tab.
if.pay.v1- Whether card payment is available, so the page does not ask again. It is cleared when you close the tab.
Our website host keeps standard server logs. Like every website, ours is served by a hosting provider that records each request, such as the IP address and the page requested. The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
How we use it
To reply to you, to quote, and to make and deliver what you order.
Your information will never be sold or shared outside of Infinity Furniture Maker unless required by law or explicitly consented to.
How long we keep it
Only for as long as we need it for those purposes, or for as long as the law requires us to keep records.
Seeing and correcting your information
You have the right to ask for the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it (information privacy principles 6 and 7 of the Privacy Act 2020).

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right.
